Description

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, vendors, and other medical facilities
  • Effectively communicate with members of Upper Management regarding patient experiences
  • Return patient phone calls related to their medical care, and direct patients to the proper resources for further assistance with their issues
  • Communicate with Providers regarding lab results, prescription medications, and other patient care questions
  • Provide patient education regarding abnormal lab results, medications, and medical care on behalf of the Provider
  • Assist with pharmacy phone calls and medication changes at the discretion of the provider
  • Maintain the company's digital media presence by posting relevant content and encouraging audience engagement
  • Monitor comments on all social media platforms and interact with the social media community

Minimum Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 35 years of customer service experience in the medical field
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical role
  • Proficiency in using an electronic medical record (EMR) and fax communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in navigating different social media platforms
  • Demonstrates professional problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Patient care: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
