RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide administrative assistance to the company
  • Handle all incoming mail and highvolume calls
  • Assist in scheduling all attorney calendars
  • Greet and assist walkin clients with completing consultation forms
  • Organize and file legal documents
  • Take payments
  • Detailoriented and interpersonal skills
  • Handle client payments/invoices
  • Other duties as requested

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Open to work weekends as needed
  • Available to travel to different offices in the Miami area
  • High school diploma or equivalent


  • Bilingual

  • Proficient in Spanish and English
  • Prior Customer Service experience
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Efficient communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
