RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative assistance to the company
- Handle all incoming mail and highvolume calls
- Assist in scheduling all attorney calendars
- Greet and assist walkin clients with completing consultation forms
- Organize and file legal documents
- Take payments
- Detailoriented and interpersonal skills
- Handle client payments/invoices
- Other duties as requested
REQUIREMENTS:
- Open to work weekends as needed
- Available to travel to different offices in the Miami area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual
- Proficient in Spanish and English
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Efficient communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
