Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative at Closet Factory - Baltimore, MD is a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support for our clients.

As a part of our franchise team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the franchise.

This is a full-time, hourly position based in MIDDLE RIVER, Maryland.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is an individual contributor role with a compensation range of $15 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:

Answer inquiries about products and services, process orders, and resolve customer complaints
Keep accurate and uptodate records of all customer interactions
Coordinate with the franchise team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and updating customer information in the database
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience, preferably in a fastpaced environment
Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a highpressure environment
Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
