    The following describes the various aspects of the designated job .

    Some or all of these aspects may be changed over time, with or without notice, at the sole discretion of the ACGME.

    Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States (US) on a full-time basis . The ACGME will not provide employment sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B Visa or other US employment authorization).

    Job Overview

    Under general direction, oversee s the recruiting and compensation functions of the ACGME.

    In partnership with the Vice President, Human Resources, establish es process, procedures, and policies association with the organization's hiring and compensation functions to ensure the ACGME can attract and ret ain the highest quality talent to support its M ission and V ision.

    Ensure s the organization's compensation strategy aligns with appropriate local , state, and federal regulations, while supporting the budgetary requirements of the ACGME and allow ing hiring managers to attract the best candidates.

    In partnership with the Manager, Training and Organizational Development , leads the implementation of the organization 's succession planning strategy.

    Essential Functions And Responsibilities

    Oversee s the day-to-day operations for the ACGME 's recruiting and compensation strategy.

    Drives robust and effective talent acquisition strategies across the organization, including development of hiring plans and talent attraction methods in partnership with leadership, hiring managers , an d appropriate internal stakeholders.

    S pearhead s the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , including multi-channel sourcing, screening, and reporting .

    Optimizes hiring practices and guide leaders and hiring managers to attract, select, onboard, and retain highly skilled, diverse candidates .

    Leverages internal tools and ADP to engage, track, share , and report on recruiting efficiency and efficacy .
    Creates talent analytics to track and trend hiring, retention , and vacancy rates across the organization .
    Serves as the executive recruiter for recruiting efforts for senior leader ship and other hard-to-fill roles as needed .
    Adheres to the ACGME 's compensation philosophy to attract and retain top talent to meet business objectives .
    Creates streamlined and efficient compensation processes to ensure clear responsibilities between stakeholders and meeting compliance standards .
    U ses competitive market data to proactively address compensation challenges that impact the ACGME.

    Overs ees development of job description s , interim pay process, and reclassification of positions based on departmental and organizational needs.

    Manage s internal and external relationship s associated with third- party provide r s of temp orary staff members , contractors, and consultants.

    Partners with an external company for market stud ies of and updates to the ACGME 's compensation program.

    In partnership with the Vice President, Human Resources , oversee s completion and management of the ACGME 's Affirmative Action Plan , as well as submission of the annual EEO-1 Report.

    Manages the recruiting budget .
    Other duties as assigned.


    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
    Supervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff member(s)


    Supervisory functions include:

    making hiring and termination decisions; prioritizing assignments and directing work; developing and overseeing employee work schedules and approving time away from work; provides and/or facilitating employee training and development; approving/processing employee concerns and problems and counseling or disciplining as appropriate; completing employee performance appraisals; determining or making recommendations regarding new hire salaries and salary changes; and acting as the liaison between employees and Management.

    Qualifications

    Minimum

    Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business management , business administration, or a related field of study.
    Five years ' experience as an executive or senior recruiter in an academic, health care, or related industry .
    Five years' experience using an applicant tracking system.
    Three years' experience as a project manager specific to h uman r esources - related matters.

    Proficient computer skills, including using the internet, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office 365 S uite, to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

    Preferred

    Master's degree in a related field of study.
    Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now.
    Prior management experience leading others on a talent acquisition team.
    Certified Compensation Professional certification.
    Certified Human Resources Professional certification .

    Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally .

    Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with managers and leaders at all levels.

    Ability to advocate for the company brand across numerous markets and professional communities while maintaining excellent relations hips with hiring managers, candidates, and vendors.

    Agil ity and flexib i l ity, and the ability to prioritize, tackle diverse issues, and juggle multiple high priorities in a fast-paced environment .

    High tolerance for timeline pressure and working under tight deadlines .
    Financial acumen and the ability to align workforce planning with financial targ ets.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT/CONDITIONS

    This position is based in a typical office environment with no specific or unusual physical or environmental demands.

    Most of the work performed is normally done in the ACGME office and/or a home office with the typical physical demands of an office environment.
