Your Mission


As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle of entry level to mid level roles and support strategic sourcing efforts for critical positions.

This role will focus on recruiting a mix of sales, marketing, technical and operational roles. We are open to hiring in any of our US offices (Arlington, Chicago or Jersey City).


What your day to day will look like:

  • Tracking and communicating interviews
  • Maintaining relationships with your hires
  • Owning and executing on a talent acquisition strategy
  • Championing AvePoint's EVP and culture through talent branding and hiring team advocacy in a meaningful way.
  • Contributing to the development and success of various talent related projects such as; DEI recruitment, employee referral program, and talent branding
What you will bring to our team and feel valued for:

years of recruitment experience in high volume and/or competitive industries, such as IT

  • Entrepreneurial drive able to come up with new ideas on how to recruit the best talent for our teams by integrating yourself into the business
  • Business minded natural curiosity on how each role fits into the bigger picture of how a business operates
