KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the development of functional requirements by working with the HR team to identify business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM functional requirements
  • Responsible for designing and configuring Workday HCM to meet the client's requirements
  • Lead the configuration of business processes, security roles, and other HCM areas such as Core HR, Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance
  • Work closely with stakeholders such as HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure that Workday HCM meets business requirements and provides guidance and support to stakeholders on Workday HCM related issues
  • Responsible for conducting testing and validation of Workday HCM functionalities through working with crossfunctional teams to ensure that Workday HCM meets business requirements and performs as expected
  • Collaborate with change management activities to ensure that the organization is ready for the change and that the organizational policies are updated accordingly
  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities; work with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries
  • Responsible for project management aspects such as updating project plans, managing project timelines, and ensuring that project milestones are met
  • Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in HR data management and HR process management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Workday Functional Leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
  • Workday HCM Certification required
- additional certifications in Recruiting, Compensation, and Performance are preferred

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills with the ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Travel as required to support firm engagements
  • U.S. citizenship required and the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time
