- Hiring and training of new staff.
- Budget oversight of programs and services approaching 1M.

- And developing a strategic plan with stakeholders on an annual basis utilizing SMART goals.
Through the above we were able to reposition the Section in policy impact, programmatic excellence, and Section marketability to potential members.
