Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and will impact where actual compensation may fall within the stated wage range.

The wage range listed for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.


As a VEVRAA Federal Contractor, Sherwin-Williams requests state and local employment services delivery systems to provide priority referral of Protected Veterans.


  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Support performance management and corrective action programs
  • Manage HR communications for facility
  • Support annual open enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate employee data and records within HRIS, ATS, timekeeping system, and document repositories
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
  • Maintain Affirmative Action Plans throughout the year
  • Implement policies and procedures and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal law

Minimum Requirements:


  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future Must have at least one (1) year of work experience in Human Resources, or have completed a Sherwin-Williams development program in Human Resources

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Organizational/Industrial Psychology, or Business Management
  • Have a Professional in Human Resources ("PHR"), Senior Professional in Human Resources ("SPHR"), SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Have prior work experience ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
  • Have prior work experience using an HRIS and/or ATS
  • Have prior work experience maintaining an Affirmative Action Plan
  • Have prior work experience maintaining and analyzing data
  • Have prior work experience using timekeeping systems
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a manufacturing or distribution facility
