Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Continuously evaluate and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Team Leadership:_
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Metrics and Reporting:_
Generate regular reports and analytics to provide insights into recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize recruitment strategies
What you will bring:
Experience:
- 24 years' experience in high volume, fullcycle recruiting
- 24 years' experience with applicant tracking systems; ADP Recruitment Management strongly preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of recruiting metrics, analytics, and best practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to collaborate and/or stakeholder management of professionals at varying levels
Compensation:
***Base Salary range: $84,000 - $87,000 annually
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience
ADA Specifications
- Requires ability to speak audibly and listen actively.
- Requires ability to use computers and other office equipment
- Requires ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Ability to pass all prescreening clearances applicable to position qualifications
