    **Customer Success Manager - Product and Cooking**

    Remote, San Francisco, CA / Customer Success / Full-Time **About Anova**

    Anova is the leading smart kitchen brand with its award-winning connected sous vide device, the Anova Precision Cooker and the brand new Anova Precision Oven. Since its inception, the companys vision has been to build an Anova Kitchen a kitchen where devices are user-friendly, connected, and affordable so that everyone can cook like a pro.

    **About the role**

    Take on the task of bringing our Product and Cooking support team to world-class standards. You get to help set the process, goals, and vision behind the Anova Product and Cooking team. Youll manage a small team of agents that will help you bring your vision to life & shape how our customers both perceive and experience our products. **Responsibilities:**

    + Lead our wonderful Product and Cooking customer success team across multiple locations on a day-to-day basis.

    + Help support our social community via answering questions about cooking & Anova products

    + Motivate and engage our staff through a positive outlook that will continue to build on our culture in line with our values.

    + Keep up and improve the Anova name for Customer Success. Our customers love us, and for good reason We provide a fantastic customer experience through our suite of services and rock-solid feedback channels.

    + Always getting better - Continue to improve our CS team through regular meetings, one on ones, team development, and consistent messaging.

    + Easily handle any escalated issue with poise and tact, while demonstrating excellent judgment and empathy.

    + Help recruit Customer Success Associates as the Anova Product and Cooking team grows.

    + Setting & reporting on user metrics and all associated support metrics.

    **Requirements:**

    + Have been working in a related customer experience position for 3+ years, and youve been pretty fantastic at it.

    + Completely comfortable with a pile of online tools (Zendesk, Intercom, other CRMs, etc) that enhance our customers experience, and youre always looking for the next new great experience.

    + Love cooking and want to share what you create

    + Love helping people and solving weird, different, and difficult problems on a daily basis.

    + Like hitting a really, really big gong when you ship a piece of work.
