    Accounting Manager
    $110k-$125k

    The Accounting Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's financial accounting, reporting, and compliance functions.

    This individual will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, implementing and maintaining effective internal controls, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.


    Responsibilities:
    Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional development and growth opportunities for team members.
    Work closely with the Financial Reporting Manager to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
    Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.
    Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline workflows and optimize resources.
    Oversee vendor relationships and manage vendor payment processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
    Negotiate terms with vendors to optimize payment terms and maximize cash flow.
    Provide leadership to the Accounts Payable (AP) team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
    Lead the month-end close process, including review and reconciliation of accounts payable accounts.
    Prepare and review journal entries and accruals to ensure accurate financial reporting.
    Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide support to external auditors during annual audits.
    Ensure compliance with audit requirements and resolve any audit findings in a timely manner.
