IMCOR, a leading provider of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) solutions, is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our team.

We are committed to ensuring optimal comfort and efficiency for our clients, and our Account Managers play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers.


As an Account Manager at IMCOR, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

You will play a critical role in various processes related to client care, contract management, and organizational efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct client research to understand organizational structures and recent service history.
  • Initiate and support client appreciation events and lunches.
  • Participate in industry organizations, contributing to decisionmaking and event coordination.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to gather feedback on our services.
  • Follow processes for contract recovery in response to notices of cancellation or property management changes.
  • Manage the monthly renewal report process, including pulling reports, coordinating recommendations, and sending out notices.
  • Track all costofservice decisions associated with the renewal process and update internal systems accordingly.
  • Handle internal requests related to billing, contract amounts, and system reminders.
  • Refine existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HVAC industry practices is a plus but not required.
