Highland Cabinetry is exploding with opportunity for experienced Account Managers, and individuals with a niche to increasing and maintain current accounts.

Working as Highland Cabinetry Account Manager, the objective is to provide a seamless experience to existing and new clients in the ordering of their product, recommendation of their purchases and resolution of any issues.

Responsibilities

Work Closely with the sales team and manage reoccurring orders from existing accounts
Oversee all aspects of assigned accounts
Keep detailed reports of client interactions and work seamlessly in a multidepartment environment to provide accounts with impeccable service
Present quality estimates according to the client's needs
Learning product variations and searching for up sale opportunities
Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

Qualifications

Previous account management experience
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Wholesale Cabinetry knowledge preferred but not mandatory
Vibrant and outgoing personality
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
1+ years of design experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed performance standards
1+ years Experience with Oracle NetSuite (preferred)
Basic knowledge of residential construction projects
Moderate to intermediate working knowledge of computers, webbased software
Strong time management and organizational skills
