Working as Highland Cabinetry Account Manager, the objective is to provide a seamless experience to existing and new clients in the ordering of their product, recommendation of their purchases and resolution of any issues.

    The ideal candidate will have a captivating personality and an impressive work ethic. They will be able to appropriately identify the needs of current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product and processing new or recurring orders. This candidate will always be on the lookout for the up-sale opportunity and ways to capture larger portions of a clients business. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of relationship with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

    Responsibilities

    • Work Closely with the sales team and manage reoccurring orders from existing accounts
    • Oversee all aspects of assigned accounts
    • Keep detailed reports of client interactions and work seamlessly in a multi-department environment to provide accounts with impeccable service
    • Present quality estimates according to the client's needs
    • Learning product variations and searching for up sale opportunities
    • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
    • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
    • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

    Qualifications

    • Previous account management experience
    • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Wholesale Cabinetry knowledge preferred but not mandatory
    • Vibrant and outgoing personality
    • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
    • 1+ years of design experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed performance standards
    • 1+ years Experience with Oracle NetSuite (Preferred)
    • Basic knowledge of residential construction projects
    • Moderate to intermediate working knowledge of computers, web-based software
    • Strong time management and organizational skills
