About the Position:


The Account Manager will directly contribute to Solera's growth and success by supporting a wide variety of critical Account Management (AM) support functions.

This position will lead multiple, concurrent client implementations from inception through successful launch in close coordination with the Account Director.

They will configure and implement Solera products with a focus on quality, and successfully manage the relationship with all AM team members as well as key internal partners.

The Account Manager is expected to build and maintain a deep knowledge of Solera products and processes.

What You'll Do:

Support & Facilitate

  • Support Account Director in managing the AM implementation checklist for new client setup, across all lines of business. This includes coordinating and communicating on implementation status, progress on deliverables, and risks or issues with Account Directors and all other functional areas on the completion of required tasks.
  • Responsible for ongoing updates and maintenance in Solera CRM tool.
  • Prepare account reports as requested by clients or supervisors.
  • Help gather data/documentation/outcomes for client requests, strategy meetings, and special projects.
  • Support AM colleagues with client and member issue resolution.

Partner & Collaborate

  • Collaborating with other teams and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities (i.e. work with Engagement Team to facilitate marketing material development).
  • Developing beneficial working relationships with all relevant stakeholders.

What You'll Need:


  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
  • 13 years of experience in account management, client management or related experience; preferably in health tech space
  • Highly organized and a strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Demonstrated decisionmaking abilities
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel experience
  • Ability to manage projects within a matrixed environment
  • Flexibility to adjust to a diverse work environment
  • Analytical skills to review client data
  • Startup experience preferred

Where you are located:


  • The Company may require travel to other locations (domestic and international) in connection with the Company's business.
  • This position requires 5% travel
