    Job Title: Vice President of Business Development - North & Latin America (Remote)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Development to lead our expansion and growth efforts in North America and Latin America. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and strategic leader, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building key customer relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. This remote position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $180,000 plus commissions, reflecting the high level of responsibility and expertise required for the role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across North America and Latin America.
    • Lead the exploration and penetration of new markets, with a keen focus on the airline, rail, cruise lines, and sports team sectors.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to market expansion.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies and product development.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, build brand awareness, and generate new business leads.
    • Collaborate with the executive team to set revenue and growth goals, and report on progress against these targets.

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of at least 10 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a focus on the airline industry or related sectors.
    • Strong understanding of the North American and Latin American markets, with experience navigating cultural and business nuances.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
    • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across North and Latin America to meet clients and attend industry events.
