    This position is responsible for the development and execution of strategies that align with defined key business metrics, in order identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, produce revenue growth, created savings, and increase profitability. This leader will work collaboratively with IHH senior leadership to define its mission and oversee a specific Florida territory.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Focusing on increasing the territory client base and expanding the regional book of business in order to achieve annual targets
    • Identifying new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
    • Preparing business proposals that focus on IHH's competitive advantage and value propositions to present to prospective clients
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Engaging in contract negotiation with account prospects and existing IHH clients
    • Leading and managing a team of business development and support professionals
    • Monitoring market trends and regulatory changes in the healthcare industry research for business opportunities, other viable income streams, and business impact
    • Coordinating with marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
    • Preparing and presenting business proposals to potential healthcare clients
    • Managing and reporting on business development activities and results
    • Collaborating with other IHH departments to ensure 100% client satisfaction
    • Strategizing, planning and executing events, sponsorships and speaking opportunities showcasing expertise and IHH capabilities
    • Constantly reviewing all sales activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management or related field required
    • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in business development in the healthcare sector
    • Hospital and PCP relationship experience is a plus
    • Must be able to work full time, onsite
    • Experience in a "start-up" environment highly preferred
    • Ability to travel throughout the IHH Florida regions (6, 9, 10, and 11)

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    • Proven track record in developing and achieving business development targets
    • Strong experience with design and implementation of business development strategies
    • Possesses significant self-motivation and the ability to motivate and engage a team towards clear outcomes
    • Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
    • Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices
    • Strong results orientation and execution capability
    • Ability to work well under pressure and/or stress and with time constraints
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong strategic planning skills
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
    • Ability to travel frequently
