Description

Schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Seeking a flexible team member to expand our current Sales & Marketing team, who is able to assist management as needed with recruitment efforts by conducting interviews, and perform payroll alongside colleagues, in a team work environment

Responsibilities

Driving Sales & Marketing efforts
Perform outbound calling to potential leads
Qualify prospective clients by carrying consultative sales discussions, regarding the company and services we offer
Schedule potential clients to meet with leadership, and organize rescheduling calls or meetings. There is an incentive program in place.
Uphold collaboration in a teamwork environment, by assisting management as needed with recruitment efforts by conducting interviews, and helping with payroll
Maintain and update CRM system with contacts and potential leads
Assist with printing, scanning, faxing, and uploading of documents
Maintain office supplies and office organization

Qualifications

Strong communication skills on the phone, with ability to consistently perform outbound calls
Professional, articulate, and able to use discretion
Flexible, responsible, and dependable
Team player and the ability to uphold collaboration with others
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Fluency in English required; ability to speak Spanish is a plus

Experience/Education required

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience/Education preferred

2 years of customer service or sales experience is preferred
Education in Sales or Business preferred
College degree (Associates) or current enrollment in college program such as business administration, management, communications, or related field is preferred.

Pay:
$17.00 per hour
