    About the role:
    Our Mission/company is led by Dr.

    Pompa, who is ahead of his time in addressing a growing epidemic:
    bizarre and chronic illnesses. This is the real deal and doesn't require "selling" the value is 100% there. Dr.

    Pompa has helped 10's if not 100's of thousands of individuals get their lives back through his own practices, and coaching of doctors from all over the country.

    We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Manager to join our highly aligned team.

    As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward by leading our sales efforts and helping people discover the incredible potential of their bodies to heal and thrive.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy Development:

    Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with our mission and business goals.

    Identify target markets, customer segments, and key growth opportunities to drive revenue and market expansion.


    Team Leadership and Management:
    Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, training, and support to help team members achieve individual and collective sales targets. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture rooted in our shared mission and values.


    Relationship Building:
    Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, including individuals seeking to improve their health and well-being. Understand their unique needs, challenges, and aspirations, and demonstrate how our services can transform their lives.


    Sales Performance Analysis:

    Monitor and analyze sales data, metrics, and KPIs to evaluate performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

    Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools effectively to manage and optimize sales pipelines.


    Market Expansion:
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations to expand our reach and impact. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform business development initiatives.


    Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
    Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that effectively communicate the unique benefits and value of our services.

    Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to drive customer acquisition and revenue growthCollaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with broader organizational objectives.

    Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance product offerings, customer experience, and overall organizational effectiveness.


    Requirements:

    Experience:
    Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Previous experience in a leadership or management role is highly desirableB2C sales experiencePassion for Health and Well-being: Genuine passion for helping people improve their health and well-being.

    Strong belief in the body's inherent ability to heal itself and a commitment to empowering individuals to take control of their healthLeadership Skills:
    Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team towards achieving common goals.

    Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing sales talentExcellent Communication:
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with diverse individuals and effectively communicate the value of our services.

    Strong presentation and negotiation skillsEntrepreneurial Mindset:
    Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented. A creative thinker who can identify and seize new opportunities.

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of ambiguityAlignment with Values: Deep alignment with our faith-based mission, values, and commitment to holistic health.

    Pay for Sales Manager:
    $5,000 monthly draw for the first 3 months or commission, whichever is higher. First year OTE $250k uncapped earnings.
