- Manage executives' calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of meetings, including agenda creation, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships and facilitating communication.
- Coordinate special projects and events as assigned.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the executive team and enhance organizational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
