POSITION OVERVIEW
Ziegler is seeking an Executive Assistant to play a vital role in our firm's investment banking operations.
This individual will be directly responsible for managing the administrative needs for our Head of Investment Banking/Head of Senior Living.
Also, will provide support to a Senior Managing Director and Head of Research in our Senior Living Finance Practice located in our Chicago office.
This individual will serve as the main gatekeeper and resource to the investment banking platform while managing daily scheduling and special projects.
The position is located in our Chicago Office.Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide extensive scheduling, travel, filing and organizational support
- Managing Executives calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Prepare, submit, and file copies of all expense account reimbursement requests
- Act as gatekeeper in screening and managing call volume for direct reports
- Actively coordinate meetings, conference calls and travel plans and organizing catering when necessary
- Provide analytical support for special projects
- Any and all other administrative duties as assigned
- Position requires five days a week in the office, hours are generally 8:30am 5:30pm
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, business management preferred
- 35 years of executive assistant experience ideally in a financial services environment
- Excellent organizational and customer relations skills
- Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Paramount Workplace (expense reporting system), Salesforce, a plus
- Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail
- A careermotivated professional who is selfconfident, energetic, and possesses a superb work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to learn quickly new concepts and activities
- Work independently as well as with team
