You are a Sales leader who is interested in building and scaling teams to continue Thrives growth. You love coaching, developing processes to improve your teams performance, and think creatively to make an impact in our Mid-Market segment.
****How You'll Contribute:****
Recruit, onboard, train, and lead a team of AEs to develop both the long-term vision for the team and lead day-to-day operations
Understand your teams pipeline to ensure theyre executing at the level we expect
Accurately forecast to understand how our team will perform against our goals
Shape deep partnerships with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams
Work with Leadership to create the go-to-market motions for new products and services
Optimize your business for efficiency, accelerating ramp time to productivity, and ensuring your team has a crisp understanding of Thrive
Understand the Enterprise AE role to develop your team for future promotions
****Must Haves:****
2+ years of people management experience
3+ years of being a successful AE at a SaaS company
Experience leading outbound sales and operations in an early stage, high-growth technology environment
Understand how to partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive success for your team
Have previously hired, trained, and coached a high-performance AE team
Demonstrated passion for creating new processes and structure to improve the overall team performance
