Description

As the Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential solar sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets.

We provide pre-set appointments with no door knocking or road work required.


Responsibilities

  • You will lead from the front by participating in the sales process.
  • Lead a team of 10+ Solar Sales Reps
  • Coach, Mentor and train new solar sales reps on best practices in sales.
  • You and your team will be provided preset appointments.
  • Conduct sales presentations and consultations via zoom to educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and our products/services
  • Maintain Industry knowledge and stay up to date with solar trends.
  • Effectively communicate and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Previous Sales Management experience required.
  • Solar Sales Experience required.
  • Ability to train and develop an in house sales team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in software such as Sales CRM, G Suite, Zoom, texting platforms, etc.
