Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New York City Regional Sales Manager preferably with a background in swim or any other competitive sports to join our team.

Background in real estate or property management is also a plus. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for pool acquisition for our swim program. Applicant will be driving sales growth within assigned region.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Duties:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Identify new business opportunities and target markets for expansion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in property management, real estate or sports.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build longterm relationships
• Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive sales strategies
• Demonstrated success in account management and business development
• Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
