    We are currently seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.

    OVERALL JOB SUMMARY

    The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic partner to the executive team and oversees Human Resources operations, handling tasks such as employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, orientation, onboarding and offboarding, executing HR initiatives and policies, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

    CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Offer guidance and mentorship to managers and staff on employee interactions, performance evaluations, professional growth, organizational culture, and morale.
    • Suggest, implement, and interpret HR policies and protocols.
    • Supervise and provide advice on employee relations matters, assist leadership in coaching, mediation, and issue resolution.
    • Manage employment policies & procedures, compensation, employee benefits, and various HR programs.
    • Ensure adherence to labor regulations at federal, state, and local levels, as well as company guidelines.
    • Handle general employee relations issues, investigations, and performance improvement plans.
    • Supervise employee recruiting and exit processes, as well as benefit programs and wellness initiatives.
    • Administer safety policies in compliance with OSHA regulations, handle payroll processing, and manage Workers' Compensation claims.
    • Oversee Unemployment Compensation and represent the company during related matters.
    • Conduct employee orientations, training programs, and day-to-day operations of benefit programs.
    • Stay informed on regulations related to employee benefits and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Report on HR metrics and provide decision support to management.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
    • Bachelor's degree (HR Management degree is advantageous but not mandatory).
    • 5~7 years of HR management experience.
    • Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP or PHR, bilingual in Korean and English.
    • Thorough knowledge of State & Federal labor laws, ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in Computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point).
    • Valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and work after hours when necessary.
