Job Summary

To work with the CDPAP department in ensuring that all Personal Assistants' payroll is confirmed and processed on a weekly basis.

Perform Welcome Call for all new enrollments/new hires. Work closely with CDPAP HR to ensure compliance for all Personal Assistant is per DOH rules and regulations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure all prebilling is completed accurately and in a timely manner for billing and payroll
  • Complete dashboard visits to ensure all linked visits are handled daily
  • Manage all discharges of any reason for retention purposes.
  • Handle all changes to patient status changes and monitor any cases on hold or hospitalized status.
  • Ensure all billable hours for billing and payroll will be accounted for.
  • Work on open visits and timesheets needed to ensure all billable hours are processed.
  • Perform Monthly Biannual Comp Calls
  • Inform caregivers when timesheets are needed.
  • Create and maintain schedules for caregivers.

  • Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors preferred.
  • At least two years related experience required.
  • Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification preferred.
