Human Resources Manager - Caregiver / Field Staff (Remote)

As a Human Resources Manager - Caregiver / Field Staff, you will oversee the HR department for our caregiver / field staff.

This is a generalist position that will manage a team of 1-2 Human Resources Specialists and report to the VP of Strategy & Operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute on a wide range of HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
Maintain compliance with various regulations by conducting internal audits, collecting annual paperwork, and maintaining our employee roster
Develop policies and procedures to support a growing caregiver / field staff team
Collaborate with both internal teams (recruitment, onboarding, operations) and external vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 4+ years of work experience; experience in Human Resources, compliance, or recruitment preferred
Highly organized and extremely detailed oriented
Ability to work independently and have an ownership mentality
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow

COMPENSATION:

$60,000 - $70,000 per year
