ROLE SUMMARY


The Manager Resource Management will play a vital role within the Global Commercial Excellence and Enablement Group specifically the Agency Operations and Content organization working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and finance/budget tracking across Global and Commercial brands.

This individual will support the RMT around budget tracking along with US Budget Coordinators, Brand Leads Ex. US, CMO Finance, Procurement, and POD Digital to efficiently allocate internal and external resources.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Co-Lead CoLab Budget Tracker powered by Portfolio on Demand (POD) along with POD Digital and Finance. The Manager will utilize tools and data sources to analyze resource utilization and budget tracking.
  • Point person for SOWs questions/resolution in the US/Ex. US submitted to us via the Hypercare Process Enhancement. The RMT Manager will assist in identifying continuous improvement initiatives and solutions for the SOW process.
  • One of the RMTs points of contact and conduit to CMO Finance. They will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, CMO Finance, and budget coordinators to ensure alignment in resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • The Manager will help coordinate the PO submissions for the CMO to assist with forecasting and budget support. They will use budget data
- to drive insights to support decision-making regarding resource allocation and capacity optimization.

  • The RMT Manager will play a role with Production Tracking making and sure the process is in alignment with business/budget objectives for Brand and CoLab.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in resource planning or finance budget ownership related roles
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and support teams in complex and challenging crossfunctional financial projects.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize and reconcile spending trends, including how they relate to the business questions.
  • Previous demonstrated Business/Financial ownership experience.
  • Financial acumen/budget coordination tracking of spend.
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to be flexible and support teams in complex and challenging crossfunctional financial projects.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize and reconcile spending trends, including how they relate to the business questions.
  • Previous demonstrated Business/Financial ownership experience.
  • Financial acumen/budget coordination tracking of spend.
