    Role Description

    As the Human Resources Manager at Selletry, Inc., you will be responsible for formulating and implementing the company's human resources policies to support the company's growth and the career progression of its employees. You will lead the HR team, ensuring compliance with labor laws and creating a positive, inclusive, and efficient work environment..

    Responsibility

    • Formulate and implement human resources policies and procedures to ensure the company complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
    • Recruitment and Selection: Responsible for the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting onboarding procedures.
    • Training and Development: Develop and implement training plans to enhance employee skills and support their career development.
    • Performance Management: Manage and execute the performance management process, including goal setting, assessment, and providing feedback.
    • Compensation and Benefits Management: Manage compensation and benefits plans to ensure the company provides competitive compensation and benefits.
    • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including dispute resolution, managing complaints, and enforcing disciplinary measures.
    • Separation Management: Manage the separation process, including exit interviews and employee off-boarding procedures.
    • Employee Data Management: Manage employee data and records to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Develop and enforce diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity policies to ensure a fair, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
    • Lead the human resources team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team operates efficiently.

    Qualifications

    • BS/BA degree in HRM / other related management field or equivalent practical experience.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills in Chinese and English, and possess a legal residence visa in the United States.
    • More than 3 years of HR experience, especially recruitment, training, and employee relationships, familiarity with HR administrative workflow and local labor laws, worked in a PR agency, and familiarity with influencers and models is preferred;
    • Excellent skills for communicating and teamwork, strong affinity;
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, able to adapt to the team's rapid growth phase, proactive, practical, and positive thinking.
