- Audit staff needs to be on site at client locations and in our offices as determined by clients and team leads.
- Perform accounting services, including bank and general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, compile financial statements, create/maintain financial projections, etc.
- Prepare schedules needed for external auditors and tax return preparers.
- Assist with researching, implementing, training on new accounting software.
- Interview accounting personnel for permanent placement.
- Assist with managing, training, and developing staff.
- Bachelors or masters degree in accounting.
- CPA License Required.
- 5+ years of experience in audit or accounting services at another mid-market CPA firm
- Experiece working with privately held companies
- Experience supervising and mentoring staff.
- DAILY ACCESS TO A VEHICLE to commute to and from clients as needed and to all 3 offices of Miller Cooper.
