    Position Summary

    We are looking for exceptional, hungry, and energetic sales professionals with the appetite to become top-notch hunters at our company. In return, we are committed to providing the selected candidate with an attractive compensation package. You ́ll be the CEO of your own sales pipeline: Create – Progress – Close Fast and Furious

    The Account Executive is responsible for creating, developing, and closing a solid sales pipeline of new businesses by building and sustaining solid relationships with key clients. The Account Executive will be the sales point of contact for the new book of business, supporting the creation and execution of sales strategies for each client, to ensure the achievement of results.

    The right candidate is a seasoned account executive who has demonstrated exponential sales growth in his/her portfolios by leveraging different sales strategies to grow the business, also impacting his/her profit. We want nothing else than someone passionate who wants a bright future at PRIMO.

    Top tasks & responsibilities:

    • Sales and Solutions – lead generation, RFP management, and system demos to help close new businesses.
    • Manage their book of business in the TMS, according to the KPIs and rules of engagement given by the branch director.
    • Monitor the account ́s behavior and keep the client engaged by providing timely and updated information about the industry.
    • Build strong client relationships.
    • Learn about the client's business and current/future needs.
    • Quote development.
    • Deals negotiation: rates, margins, payments, and service agreements.
    • Adhere to all requirements outlined in the Sales Policy.
    • Ad-hoc assignments.

    Required Skills, Education & Experience

    • Professional degree.
    • 3 years of relevant experience in roles as an account manager or sales representative within the freight forwarding, logistics, and transportation industry. Solid knowledge of FTL and Drayage.
    • Proficiency in executing sales strategies, prospecting, and attracting new clients.
    • Experience building client SOPs, managing KPIs, and developing client relations.
    • Experience in operations within the freight forwarding, logistics, and transportation industry is an asset.
    • Advanced level of English.
    • Proficiency in Spanish is desirable.
    • International or multicultural experience is an advantage.
