    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Medicare Sales Account Executive who is dedicated to helping the company achieve its growth targets and sales objectives. The role involves developing, maintaining, and managing a high-quality network within a specific geographic area. The Account Executive focuses on engaging potential providers in the area to enhance contract value and drive growth for both ILS and the providers.

    Essential Functions

    • Engage in strategic sales activities to identify and expand the pipeline of health plans and providers relevant to company growth.
    • Utilize market segmentation, data, and analytics to generate new leads.
    • Independently and collaboratively coordinate sales activities to meet deal closure milestones and monthly quotas.
    • Drive self-generated sales, meet sales targets, and metrics independently.
    • Identify new lead opportunities within the territory by establishing relationships with medical providers, senior organizations, and community leaders.
    • Conduct meetings to address concerns, resolve issues, and manage escalations.
    • Collaborate with Credentialing Department to ensure accurate provider data.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in technology including the use of CRM tools and mobile applications.
    • Participate in management meetings and adhere to compliance rules and ethical standards.
    • Support Sales Department operations and generate reports as needed.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    Education and Experience

    • BA or BS degree or a minimum of five years of strategic sales experience in healthcare.
    • Fluency in Spanish and English.
    • Active Health and Life License or Health License.
    • Compliance with state health licensure requirements.
    • Experience leading teams and motivating others.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

    Required Skills

    • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
    • Effective organization and planning abilities.
    • Problem-solving skills.
    • Commitment to ethical conduct.

    We offer an attractive salary package including Base Salary and Sales Commissions.
