Role: Account Executive

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Onsite from day 1)

Type: Full-time (W2)

Salary range: $70K–$75K

Visa: USC, GC, and GC EAD.

Note: This position does not provide reimbursement for relocation expenses. Candidates will need to cover relocation costs at their own expense.

Job Description:

Our client, a leading nationwide Geotechnical Engineering company, is seeking an Account Executive to join their dynamic team in West Palm Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing professional relationships with existing and prospective clients, representing the company with the utmost professionalism and quality service.

Responsibilities:

communicate with direct supervisor (Branch Manager) to align focus on services and clients targeted for growth by the organization.
timely and accurate completion of projects by providing all necessary documentation and communications.
a strong presence in the field, engaging with new and existing clients to support the sales process and foster customer development.
marketing and networking events, including lunch & learns, outside of normal business hours to expand the company's reach and network.

Requirements:

sales and business development experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry.
degree from a US-accredited college or university, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally at all times.
organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
to attend even outside normal business hours to meet client needs and network effectively.
