    About PharmaResources

    PharmaResources (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (a public trading company listed in ShenZhen Stock Exchange, Stock Code: was founded in 2007 as a CRO/CDMO/CMO service provider focusing on one-stop shop integrated service in small molecule drug discovery, development and commercial production of APls and key intermediates. Currently the company has two major R&D centers located in Shanghai (ca. 323,000 SF) and Chengdu (ca. 215,000 SF) respectively, and a production plant (ca. 60,000 SF) located in Kaiyuan, Liaoning Province with ca. 1,000 employees totally.

    To support pharmaceutical and biotech companies in drug discovery and development to benefit human health

    Responsibilities:

    Play key role in representing company and driving global new business opportunities.

    Propose and implement business strategies to achieve annual business needs and growth objectives.

    Work closely with research and development Service Units and domestic BD and marketing team to execute regional BD plan and strategy.

    Routinely visit existing, new and/or potential customers and understand their needs and expectations. Promote company's core service business (including medicinal chemistry, synthetic chemistry, process chemistry, ADME/DMPK, CMC, and CDMO/CMO to clients.

    Qualifications:

    · B.S. in science field with minimum 5 year with relevant CRO/CDMO experience is essential.

    · Prior BD experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred.

    · High degree and prior experience in pharmaceutical drug discovery R&D is a plus.

    · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

    · Strong people skill and customer service orientation.
