Sana Yasin

A graduate student pursuing Master in Analytics seeking a full-time position for Data Science/Machine Learning roles to apply strong technical skills and business acumen. I am passionate about working with projects involving Data science modelling, Machine learning, NLP, and Artificial Intelligence.

With over six years of experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, I am a graduate student in analytics at Northeastern University, where I am pursuing my passion for data science and machine learning. I am currently working on a projects that uses data mining and predictive analytics using tools such as R, Python, and Tableau.

Before joining Northeastern, I was a lead solution advisor at Deloitte, where I managed and delivered data-driven solutions and recommendations for global clients across various domains, such as risk and financial advisory, energy, and healthcare. I also have two years of experience as a Tableau developer and data analyst at Tata Power-DDL, where I developed and maintained dashboards and reports for power distribution and management, and increased revenue and saved expenditure by deploying a payment defaulter prediction model. I have completed post graduate programs in business analytics and business intelligence from Texas McCombs School of Business and Great Lakes Institute of Management, and obtained Tableau Analyst and Tableau Desktop Specialist certifications. I am proficient in SQL, NoSQL, Python, R, and Tableau, and I am interested in exploring new areas of data science and machine learning. I am actively looking for full time roles in machine learning and data science starting Summer'24, where I can apply my skills and knowledge to create value and impact.
