Job Overview:
As a Community Business Development Liaison, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of our services in your assigned region.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including nursing, scheduling, and field staff to create and execute campaigns that resonate with local audiences and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate referral sources on service offerings to increase awareness and benefits of private home care.
- Collaborate with operations, clinical and scheduling counterparts to create compelling content, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key referral partners and influencers in your region.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics and use insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, including rates, and local regulations to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Represent the company at local events, networking groups, conferences, and trade shows.
- Adhere to all established policies and documentation requirements as assigned by the Regional Business Development Manager.
- All other duties as assigned to meet operational needs of the organization including scheduling, billing support and other service recovery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in marketing, business, or a related field or commensurate years of related work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a regional or field marketing role.
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills, working with a diverse population.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize effectively while working independently and adapting to changing conditions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Willingness to travel as needed within your assigned region.

Pay:
$90, $100,000.00 per year
