Commercial General Contractor Company in the
Greater Boston Area on their search for a
Business Development Representative.
As an integral part of the team, you will report directly to division leaders, contributing significantly to the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain connections with potential clients.
- Introduce company to prospects, grasp their needs, and offer customized services.
- Tailor service solutions to address individual client needs and boost satisfaction.
- Proactively pursue new business prospects and coordinate meetings between clients and account executives.
- Efficiently handle client communications and contacts with CRM tools.
- Engage in industry gatherings and events to broaden networks and remain informed about market developments.
- Assess leads generated from marketing initiatives to pinpoint promising sales prospects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated track record in Business Development or Sales, ideally with a General Contractor (GC) or within a construction company.
- Proficiency with Nutshell CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of SAGE Contract Management software is advantageous.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously, delivering results with mínimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational proficiencies.
- Skill in recognizing and formulating successful sales strategies.
