We specialize in managing all of our client's sales and business development needs in order to broaden their reach and increase revenue and the demand for our services.

In order to continue meeting our client's business objectives, we are hiring a Business Development Assistant for our growing sales team.


The main objective of the Business Development Assistant will be to execute business development strategies in an effort to increase new customer acquisition, improve sales metrics, and create lasting relationships between the brand and the consumer.

As the Business Development Assistant, you will create new business opportunities by speaking with new and existing accounts and delivering informative and professional service presentations.

You will also be a key component in the hiring and training of fellow Business Development and Sales team members.

The Business Development Assistant is a core position within our team, so the best individual for the role must be consumer-focused, forward-thinking, solution-oriented, and excellent at building genuine relationships.


Responsibilities of our Business Development Assistant:

  • Informing clients of the various products and services offered through our company to be able to fully maximize each account and meet their exact needs
  • Managing multiple accounts with various service options and processing the enrollment and order for each one
  • Acquiring new consumers and territories by using designated research and the proper business development and sales techniques
  • Providing immediate and attentive customer service on a direct handson level to troubleshoot any issues in realtime, while also performing upgrades and adjustments to increase revenue
  • Initiating different and innovative sales and marketing strategies to provide a new perspective on the program and the benefits we provide
  • Shadowing senior sales consultants to learn the training process and prepare to eventually take on more responsibilities

Requirements for our next Business Development Assistant:

  • 1 year of professional work experience is preferred but not required
  • A genuine interest in growing in the sales, marketing, and business development industry
  • A natural leader with previous leadership experience
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and public speaking skills
  • Time management skills to ensure punctuality
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team
  • Comfortability in building professional business relationships
  • A passion for helping consumers

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

In person
