    **Service Manager Opportunity** PumpMan is a leading provider of pump systems and on-site maintenance, service, and repair services for commercial, industrial, and municipal water pump systems in North America. We have an excellent opportunity for a **Service Manager** at our Phoenix location. This individual will provide leadership in motivating, managing, and evaluating Service Technicians. The Service Manager will efficiently coordinate, schedule, and manage Service Technicians time, while maintaining the work order process. This role will also communicate with the customer regarding quotes, job status, and scheduling. This management role will coordinate activities with other departments to best serve the needs of the customer and employees.

    **Service Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities**

    Assign and schedule jobs and work areas to Service Technicians according to their skills and knowledge.

    Coach, mentor, and communicate job expectations to department team members.

    Review and approve the daily timecards for service employees.

    Proactively seek customer feedback, solve or answer problems and respond promptly.

    Review and process all current active/open projects/jobs for accuracy and completeness concerning parts, materials, and labor.

    Responsible for facilitating proper annual employee reviews, and employee LMS along with the safety office manager.

    Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment sold within Pumpmans area of expertise.

    Handle warranty claims, and/or customer concerns.

    **Service Manger Requirements and Qualifications**

    Arizona ROC C-11 License preferred, but not required.

    General Knowledge of Electro-Mechanical Equipment

    Previous supervisory/management experience preferred

    Excellent customer service skills

    Strong computer skills

    Solid Technical knowledge

    Skillful time management, problem solving and organizational skills

    Proficient oral and written communication skills

    High school and/or technical school education preferred

    Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
