Position Summary:

Successfully implement SPM products and support customer education. Contribute to the enrichment of the Implementation Services Team and Company overall.


_Please note this role requires up to 75% travel within the US and occasionally Canada._

Duties:


  • Develop and keep up to date project plan (i.e. project schedule).
  • Document and manage scope for what will be configured and trained.
  • Convey project status with project team members from both SPM and the customer.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with project sponsors and executive leadership.
  • Identify implementation risks, escalate these as appropriate to the Director of Implementation Services, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Complete project documentation as per SPM's Implementation Services Team policies and procedures.
  • Review project documentation regularly to assist in managing the current project status.
  • Identify potential project delays and work with the customer to keep the project progressing on schedule.
  • Provide services within budget of the customer's purchase order and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the entry of the customer's product and instrument data with the SPM Data Team and ensure that the status of the data entry is factored into the site visit schedule.
  • Coordinate the setup of the customer's server, workstations, interfaces, and additional modules with SPM's Technical Support Team.
  • Ensure that the customer is ready for onsite visits as per SPM's Implementation Services Team policies and procedures.

Required Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Required 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Physical location that can access highspeed internet (preferably cable modem)
  • Employee must satisfy customerspecific vaccination or medical testing requirements (i.e. TB test, Hepatitis B vaccination, etc.)
  • Employees without sterile processing experience are required to complete the Certified Central Service Vendor Partner (CCSVP) certification within the first year of employment
  • Experience with information technology and/or education preferred
  • Experience with sterile processing preferred
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office software products
  • Demonstrated analytical, problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communications.
  • Excellent presentation skills before large and small groups.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively with multiple priorities.


Pay range for this opportunity is $77, $104, This position is eligible for [BONUS PARTICIPATION] OR a [INSERT COMMISSION RATE RANGE, IF APPLICABLE] commission.

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed.

Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.

Part-time employees working 20 or more hours receive a pro-ration of the full-time PTO allocation and paid Holidays based on their standard hourly work week.

Full-Time employees are eligible for four weeks of paid parental leave. Part-time employees also receive paid parental leave, pro-rated based on their standard hourly work week.
