About Us:
TEEMA is currently seeking an Experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Phoenix.


Responsibilities:


  • Actively participate in the interviewing and hiring processes
  • Ensure successful functional onboarding of new employees
  • Plan, assign, coordinate, and oversee daily work of direct reports
  • Conduct regular oneonone meetings providing performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring
  • Set reasonable stretch performance goals and conduct midyear and annual performance appraisals
  • Recognize and reward performance excellence, culture championship, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Communicate and enforce agency policies and programs

Requirements:


  • 12 years of management experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
