About Us:
TEEMA is currently seeking an Experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Phoenix.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the interviewing and hiring processes
- Ensure successful functional onboarding of new employees
- Plan, assign, coordinate, and oversee daily work of direct reports
- Conduct regular oneonone meetings providing performance feedback, coaching, and mentoring
- Set reasonable stretch performance goals and conduct midyear and annual performance appraisals
- Recognize and reward performance excellence, culture championship, and continuous improvement efforts
- Communicate and enforce agency policies and programs
Requirements:
- 12 years of management experience in a call center environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and Human Resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
