- Minimum of 8 years of accounting and budgeting experience.
- Supervisory experience is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Master's degree and/or Certified Public Accountant preferred.
- Higher education experience is desirable.
- Experience with U.S. Government Federal awards management is advantageous.

Position Overview:
The Director of Budget and Strategic Finance plays a pivotal role in enhancing the operational and financial structure of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). Utilizing advanced quantitative skills, this position conducts comprehensive analyses, projections, and modeling to support strategic decision-making. The incumbent leads the annual budgeting process, oversees grant accounting, and collaborates with various departments to optimize financial performance and adherence to fiscal guidelines.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000
The referenced salary range is based on PCOM good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
