Finance Controller

Long Term

Responsibilities:


  • Ability to coordinate all aspects of financial operations including daily, monthly, quarterly and annual supervision/management of a large financial staff across financial activities.
  • Strong analytical abilities to implement continuous improvement within financial operations in all aspects.
  • Strong risk, control and compliance background within a Major University setting.
  • Ability to implement new technologies and extensive experience with Banner ERP systems, Blackline, Planful, Workiva and other business process and technology improvement platforms and systems.
  • Ability to oversee detailed account reconciliation, budget development processes and monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes.
  • Strong financial statement development and review background within a University environment.
  • Working knowledge of GASB and FASB reporting standards for colleges and universities.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$150, $180,000.00 per year
