    The Sulzer Chemtech business unit Clean Fuels and Chemicals Licensing (CFCL) focuses on licensing process technologies and providing engineering services, equipment solutions, and chemicals to a variety of industries like refining & renewables, chemicals & petrochemicals, polymers & plastics recycling.

    CFCL is building a growing portfolio of licensed process technologies in emerging markets.

    For this part of our organization, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to further drive our growth ambitions.


    In this role you will be accountable for:

    Anticipate clients' needs and inspire our team to develop innovative solutions

    Innovatively addressing customers' needs through a creative and customer centric approach. Be relentless to drive us across the finish line

    Oversee the end-to-end process of technology licensing, including identification, evaluation negotiation and execution of licensing agreements. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and risk management process

    Use CRM daily to provide produce updates / accurately forecast order intake

    To succeed in this role, you will need:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Process or Chemical engineering preferred

    Extensive professional sales experience in similar business environment/ technology license type business (such as Petrochemicals, Refinery, Renewables, Plastic Recycling, Gas Processing, and/or Polymers)

    Experienced in opportunity sales strategy design and implementation

    Interest in renewable fuels and plastics recycling industries with basic understanding of the market drivers in the territory

    The ability to travel domestic, up to 30%
