Responsibilities of a Sales Manger Trainee

Educating customers on ecofriendly, green products and services available to them, ensuring they get the best deal for them
Participation in training and coaching sessions on a weekly basis, eventually conducting them as you grow in the company
Drive revenue through prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts
Work cross functionally with the management and leadership team to maximize opportunities

What makes a great Sales Manager Trainee?

Highly developed communication skills and ability to speak publicly with confidence
Openminded with a passion for learning a widerange of skills that will carry through a variety of career paths
Driven and motivated by commission and career growth to succeed and revolutionize an industry
An ability to problem solve and effectively manage time
Prior sales experience would propel you forward in this role, but is not required as we train from the ground level
