    EDUCATIONPreferred:
    BS in Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics. A more advanced degrees is a plus.
    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS5+ years in Capital Equipment Sales. Experience from the Semiconductor industry an advantage.
    REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage all aspects of SCREEN's relationship with and success at assigned key accounts.
    • Meet Individual Sales Objectives at each assigned account.
    • Develop relationships with customer across a wide range of functions and management levels. As part this responsibility, having the ability to show patience, diplomacy, and tact under pressured circumstances is essential.
    • Thoroughly qualify all new business targets and confirm any forecast changes early/often.
    • Manage entire sales process, working closely with Japan factory, product engineering and other internal stakeholders, from finding opportunity to final equipment sign-off.
    • Increase SCREEN existing install base at each assigned account while also pursue opportunities for new product penetrations.
    Communication

    • Demonstrate effective written and oral communication to SBU Staff, remote site staff, customerinterface personnel, and SCREEN Japan management.
    • Understand and communicate all potential opportunities and potential risks to SCREEN business
    • Take necessary action to address opportunities and risks to SCREEN business
    • Demonstrate ability to manage effective meetings including preparation, meeting execution,summary reporting, and necessary follow-up
    • Establish and coordinate periodic meetings required to maintain control of the account
    • Publish Action items within 24 hours of the meeting
    • Follow up on Action Items and close accordingly
    • Approve and coordinate all major meetings and events between the account and any SCREENrepresentative
    • Review and approve contract positioning and formal communications between SCREEN and thecustomer.
    • Maintain and accurate forecast in designated format
