- Provides assistance with all email and calendar related needs including but not limited to monitor emails, managing calendars and schedule appointments.
- Processes expense reports and coordinates submission or all receipts, invoices, or other financial documents.
- Arranges programs, events, interdepartmental meetings, or other conferences by arranging for facilities and issuing information or invitations.
- Prepares and sends various correspondences to include letters, memos, forms, presentations, as directed.
- Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries and compiles documents for travel-related meetings.
- Coordinates with help desk to resolve any technology related issue(s) or request(s).
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed.
- Minimum five years' experience in an Administrative Assistant or related capacity
- None
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree with some college or business school.
- Ability to execute on assigned projects with minimal supervision and able to independently handle daily routine.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.
- Work around tight timelines successfully handling short notice changes.
- Working knowledge of MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint and Teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (verbal/writing) effectively.
- Self-motivated and strong analytical / problem solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Preferred knowledge of the Consumer Product Goods Industry.
