- Lead a team of the industry's top Regional Sales Engineers for the Enterprise space
- Coach, Hire, Mentor and lead the team to meeting and/or overachieving on their metrics
- Ensure POCs and customer engagements meet the company's standards
- Easily articulate complex security problems to a diverse set of audiences
- Work closely with cross functional departments such as Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering
- Be the technical bridge for CrowdStrike prospects/customers
- 3+ years of front line management experience with 5+ years of sales engineering or technical consulting experience in the security space
- A Bachelors Degree relative to the industry; preferraby in Cybersecurity or Information Systems
- Understanding SOC workflows, technology and challenges is key, alongside cloud computing, security, and technical architectures.
- Tactical and strategic planner
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives
- Extensive contacts and pre-existing relationships in the information security field and strong references
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills to model opportunities, build coverage models, work out territories and calculate commission plans.
- Ability to travel as required
- Bonus: Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
- Bonus: Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash
- Bonus: Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies
