    Administrative Assistant

    Contract

    Location: Wellesley, MA

    Must Haves:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3+ year's administrative experience
    • Experience with calendar management
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel)
    • Preferred:Higher education experience
    • Experience or passion for diversity and inclusion
    • Job Summary/Description: a higher education institution is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Office of the President, as well the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Answering phone calls, emails and inquiries to the office
    • Welcoming guests and visitors
    • Scheduling meetings for the President and Chief DEI Officer
    • Assisting with graduation preparations
    • Providing high-level customer service to members of the college community
