We are a multi-specialty private dental office that is looking for an Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm.We offer a competitive salary and benefits including health insurance and 401k. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude to join our amazing team
Because of the very high level of care we achieve, the demands on the front desk are extremely high.
We require a lively, enthusiastic person that is creative and able to provide personalized care in a busy practice environment.
Solid customer service experience and a mature, calm demeanor are essential skills for this position.Responsibilities:
- Ultimately responsible for smooth and efficient patient flow
- Calling patients to confirm appointments
- Assist Dentists with signing up patients for treatments
- Follow up with patients, stay in communication and help them to get their needed treatment done.
- Make sure that the financial policies as laid down by the owner are the only policies followed.

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
